• YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL YOU SUBMIT YOUR INVOICE TO MERIT/KEEP
• WE WILL SHIP YOUR ORDER ONCE IT IS APPROVED BY KEEP
• Orders are normally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days following KEEP APPROVAL
• Orders with 10+ items delivery items are normally processed and shipped within 4-6 business days
• You will receive an order confirmation by email the same day of your order. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation when the order is approved by KEEP and ships. If you are not able to find your order or shipping confirmation emails, please be sure check your spam or promotions folder.

• Standard shipping orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEX. Please allow between 4-7 business days to receive your order, excluding handling time.
